Shipping Ways

In , we have different modes of delivery of our packages:

- Pick up in Store : In this delivery method, the customer must go to our physical store in Alicante, located on Calle Sirio, 29. This type of delivery is completely free.

- Standard Shipping : In this fashion delivery, from Doña Angelita, we send your package to any part of the peninsula (including Portugal), the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

In case of shipping, the amount of shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the order, being FREE FOR ORDERS OF AN AMOUNT OF MORE THAN € 50 for shipments throughout the peninsula.

Delivery Terms

Delivery times vary between 1 and 2 working days (from Monday to Friday) , from the date of confirmation of payment, depending on the territorial scope of the client and the volume of preparation thereof . These deadlines are indicative and Doña Angelita reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company's control.

In case of delay in these delivery times, the client will be informed of this circumstance and the reasons that caused it. Similarly, the user could confirm the status of your order at any time from the completion of the same, using our contact form, or by phone.

Warranty and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to execute your right of return.

In the case of a guarantee, Doña Angelita will replace the client with a product with the same characteristics and / or model as initially purchased. If a product with the same characteristics and / or model as initially purchased will not be in stock at the time of the guarantee, the full amount of the product will be refunded using the same method used for the payment.

To make a return the product must be in perfect condition, not having been handled and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and the status of the products has been checked, the amount will be returned through the same channel through which the payment was made during the purchase process.

If the reason for the return is due to an error by Doña Angelita, the return costs will be borne by Doña Angelita. In another case, if the reason for the return was alien to Doña Angelita, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

Doña Angelita manages and maintains the file of her clients for the purposes of commercial dealings with them. In no case will provide any data to third parties.
